For further instructions on how to open the template in Scrivener, please see this resource: http://belindacrawford.com/2013/06/28/how-to-open-a-scrivener-template/
MAC users -- Please Note:
Because I use Microsoft Windows, the template I provide is only compatible with the Windows version of Scrivener. If you’re a Mac user, you can copy the layout of my template by looking at the images in the lecture and creating the same files and drop-downs within Scrivener. It’s easy enough to do by right-clicking inside the Binder, and then selecting Add > New Text or Add > New Folder and then naming the new files to match my template. You can even right-click the files and select Change Icon to put a relevant image next to it, like I've down for my template.
Once you’re happy with your template, click on File > Save as Template, and then you can use your new template whenever you start a new project!
It’s always best to come up with your own system for organising content, anyway, and I recommend that Windows users also tweak my template until you are happy with it.
