Some of these pages below will allow you to post straight onto their wall, promoting your book, but before you go ahead and do that, make sure to read their ‘about’ section to see what their policies are. It’s best not to upset Facebook groups such as these who are generously supporting and promoting authors.

Books Direct are a great website and Facebook Page. They are very supportive for authors on their book's free days. Also great for finding free books in general, with a full range for the whole family.
- Authors and Book Lovers Discussion Group -
A Group for authors/book lovers to discuss favourite books. Also, authors are welcome to promote on this page! Though it is monitored for professionalism.
- Indie Author Group -
The Indie Author Group is a Facebook page for Indie authors and also readers to interact & to help Indie Authors with suggestions, tips, marketing, reviews, etc.
- Free eBook Deal -
This page finds free ebooks for you every day and also allows people to post their kindle freebies onto the facebook page.
- Celebrating Authors -
This pages main purpose is to connect authors to readers. They do allow authors to promote their books, but you need to read the 'about' section to see what is acceptable to post on their wall.
- Novelspot Readers -
Novelspot Readers is book mad! It's all about books, books, books. Group members/authors are allowed to 'brag' and post on the wall.
- Ebooks FreeFreeFree -
Have a free book to share? Post it on Ebooks FreeFreeFree!
- FREE books R us -
This group is specifically for free book promos - so if your book is always free or is running it's KDP days, then post here!
- eReader Love -
It's eReader Love's mission to find people the best free books available. They allow authors to promote their kindle free days onto the wall.
- Kindle Korner -
Kindle Korner aims to expose Indie Authors (in a good way!) and provide readers with amazing authors and incredible books!
- Reading Kindle -
A site for people who love eBooks and reading. They allow authors to promote their KDP free days on the Reading Kindle wall.
There are many more helpful Facebook pages for self-published authors out there, but these may give you a good start.
I know how stressful it is when you are just getting started with self-publishing, so I hope these pages help some of you indie authors on your journey.
